Greens Road Residential Sub-division
Skerman Civil has completed a two-stage subdivision on Greens Road, Griffin. Here we were responsible for the construction of the earthworks, roadworks, drainage, sewer and water reticulation. Community engagement was required for major and minor road closures for vegetation maintenance and road widening.
A five-meter retaining wall was constructed and land was elevated to ensure that the development, called The Shores, has excellent elevation and drainage.
We recognize that our work creates a legacy for future generations so we strive to protect and respect the environment in all projects. Here we engaged specialist ecological consultants for fauna spotting and relocation services.
