Duncan Road Jimboomba
Works are currently under construction for the subdivision of this rural residential site and creation of 15 residential lots of 8000m2. Skerman Civil is responsible for bulk earthworks, erosion and sediment control, storm water drainage and water supply.
One of the complexities of this site is that it had previously been a turf farm and thus required the removal of a lot of unsuitable material. While preparing the site we were also able to re-build the dam wall and de-silt it in order to create extra water capacity and increased water views for the future residents. During this project, a full road closure was required to enable a fast and efficient construction process.
